Get Cheeky

Yes, this product had me at looks alone.

Encased in a rose gold pan, Sportsgirls newest Get Cheeky cheek & eye shimmer in Candy is gorgeous with two complementing shimmery taupe/champagne shades as well as a pop of fuchsia pink.

The product has a cute fish like scale to it which almost makes you want to think twice about swirling your brush into the product and ruining the gradient pattern.

The colours are shimmery and nicely pigmented and work well on both cheeks and eyes.

At $9.95 (AUD), this multi purpose product is a steal and is available in store or online at www.sportsgirl.com.au

March Lust Have It!

To welcome in the new season, Lust Have It! have embraced the Australian beauty industry with their latest box.

Containing 5 beauty samples I have been very impressed with the March box as it contains decent sized (and full sized) beauty products.

March Lust Have It! contents….

Davroe Moisture Senses Argan Oil

As Moroccan Oil exploded on the beauty scene last year everyone has wanted a piece of the Argan Oil action. As a fan of both Argan Oils and Davroe hair products I’m really excited to try this product.

Karpati DITO Nail Lacquer

Now this polish deserved its own photo… I’m so intrigued by the funky bottle design in which you wear as a ring as you paint your nails… Think it will catch on??

1Skin Solutions Lip Balm in Vanilla

A delicious and moisturising lip balm that I’m sure will become a handbag stable as we head into the cooler and windier months.

Replenishing Moisture Cream from Kosmea

Loved this cream after the first use, its moisturising without leaving behind sticky residue and smells fresh as the scents of green tea and rose hip linger on your skin.

Pearl Crush Creaseless Shadow from Mirenesse

I’m a huge Mireness fan and actually already own this palette. The eye shadows are highly pigmented, smooth to apply and last all day without creasing (however, I always wear a primer). I wish I had received a different coloured trio….

TAG - Seven Deadly Sins of Beauty

1.GREED
What is your most expensive beauty product?

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Foundation – I paid $77(AUD) for this foundation however I have been really enjoying the light weight feel, buildable coverage and soft rose scent.
…..and what is your most inexpensive beauty product?

NYX Round Lipsticks – Purchased online for a mere $2.00(USD) each. I love these lipsticks for their affordability, colour range, moisture and longevity.
2.WRATH
What beauty products do you have a love and hate relationship with?

Sigma Brushes – For their price range they are great quality and I love their large range however what pains me is when they shed while in use – ugh! Nothing is more annoying.
…..and what product has been the hardest to find?

Urban Decay Naked Palette – O.M.G when this palette was first released I don’t know which was harder: finding a online store with palettes in stock or finding an online store that shipped to Australia.
3.GLUTTONY
What are you most delicious beauty products?

LUSH Bath Ballistics and bath melts – nothing beats a warm relaxing bath after a long day, delicious ;)
4.SLOTH
What Beauty Product Do You Neglect Due To Laziness?

Facial Masks – Unfortunately masks take the backseat in my current skin care regime; not because I don’t like them but because life takes hold and I never find myself time to enjoy a good facial mask.
5.PRIDE
What product gives you most confidence?

Fake Tan – I always feel better with a tan (something that I find shameful to admit sometimes). As well as being the healthier alternative to sun baking I find fake tan great for evening out your skin tone, disusing wobbly bits and making you feel slimmer and concealing blemishes, scars ect.
6.LUST
What product makes you feel more attractive?

Mascara – I love long and voluminous eyelashes and I believe a great set of lashes can be so beautiful.
7.ENVY
What beauty item would you most like to receive as a gift?

Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette – I have been struggling to resist temptation however I would never turn down a gift…

Do you enjoy a tag or two? Join me through the seven sins – I tag you!

February Favourites

I feel like I havn’t done a favourites post in a while but they are always one of my favourite posts to write and read. I have gathered together some of my most loved products throughout February, hope you enjoy :)

The February Lineup

Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Blush in Shoot to Thrill
As well as the gorgeous speckled pink colours, this blush has a range of cool benefits including light reflecting pigments and pore-invisible technology.

Benefit Box Powder in Hervana
The most recent Benefit powder to my collection, Hervana’s four pastel berry shades are so beautiful blended together and so easy to wear.

Bottom swatches L-R: Watts Up and Bare Study

Benefit Watts Up
This soft focus highlighter provides a soft golden glow wherever applied and application is a breeze with its handy stick packaging

MAC Paint Pot in Bare Study
Can’t get enough of this champagne cream shadow, I have been using this almost everyday as an eyeshadow base.

Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua
This was a repurchase while overseas; I love the lightweight feel, dewy finish and buildable coverage given by this foundation. For more information visit my review from the archives here.

Face of Australia Lip Quench in Pink Champagne and Lychee Crush
This lipstick line has really exceeded my expectations and I have been alternating these two colours for my everyday lip wear and I’m in love with the moisturising formula.

L’Oreal Gentle Make-Up Remover for Eyes & Lips
A two toned oil and lotion solution, I have been loving this make up remover as it’s effective and gentle…. Oh and I also love shaking it up to mix the solution :)

Sally Hanson Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat
My new favourite top coat! The slightly thin formula glides over nails making them dry to the touch in just 30 seconds!! Gives manis a nice shine and makes even the cheapest polishes last for days.

Have I included some of your favourites too? If not, what were your most reached for beauty items of the month? Leave a comment below :)

Disclaimer: The Australis Paparazzi Perfect High Definition Blush was provided as a sponsored gift however this did not sway my opinion whatsoever :)
